SHIPPING & RETURNS
All sales are final. There are no returns on products. You may receive a full refund in the unlikely event that you do not receive your product, or if it is damaged.
 
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
 
ORDER SHIPMENT
We dispatch all orders from our workshop in Cyprus and we ship all over the world!

Products typically take 1 to 3 business days for processing and 3 to 10 days to arrive to the final destination. We will send you the tracking information once your order is shipped and you will be able to track its progress. Tracking will be provided to the e-mail address you used to checkout.  If you have any questions, feel free to follow up with us at info@claroplants.com.

Europe – 5 to 9 business days
United States – 5 to 15 business days

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@claroplants.com and we will process a refund should your product be damaged and unusable.
